”I already thought that this was a wonderful amp with several different tones we can get out of it, but when I found out that it was one of Slash's amps he used for several gigs, it became one of my favorites. The term Silver Jubilee is special. A tradition of many countries, including Japan and England, the term “Silver Jubilee” signifies anniversary celebrations that can be for a wedding, the 25th year of a monarch's reign, or anything significant that has reached a 25 year mark. After an incredible overall performance in the amplification industry for 25 years, Marshall created this disgusting amplifier. The Silver Jubilee. It's an all tube, 20 watt powerhouse that can also be dialed back to 5 watts for garage and bedroom play. By the way, it also comes in a combo if you don't need or want to haul a 2X12 cab around town. The best of both worlds. The panel is easy to navigate, featuring a convenient push/pull knob when you're trying to decide if you want that dirty or extra metal tone. It features a wonderful effects loop as well as a DI output if you want to use it as a serious gigging and recording musician. This silver faced amp is one of the best, and my personal favorite.
